Indoor air quality & effects on your health 

Indoor air quality refers to the air quality within & around a home. It especially relates to the health & comfort of a homes occupants. The EPA has researched & found that Americans, on average, spend about 90 percent of their time indoors. Most people are aware that outdoor air pollution can impact their health, but indoor air pollution may also have significant effects.

The EPA cites indoor air can contain as much as 2–5 times the pollutants compared to the outdoors, due to issues such as moisture, mold & asthma.
